El Refugio antiaéreo 307.

El pasado domingo 1 de Abril volvió a abrir sus puertas el Refugio 307, ahora denominado Centro de Interpretación Histórica, del Poble Sec.
Después del primer bombardeo del 13 de Febrero de 1937, la Administración y la población civil empezaron a construir refugios para protegerse de los ataques aéreos de la aviación italiana y alemana, aliados de Franco durante la Guerra Civil.
Uno de ellos, el Refugio 307, que se adentra en las entrañas de Montjuich, fue construido por los propios ciudadanos y diseñado por un vecino del barrio de Poble Sec.
Después de una reforma que ha durado alrededor de 3 meses, el nuevo refugio, gestionado por el Museo de Historia de la Ciudad de Barcelona, ha recuperado todos los pasadizos y las galerÃas originales, y se ha creado un espacio de exposición permanente (el Centro de Interpretación Histórica) que repasa la historia de los refugios antiaéreos contra los bombardeos de la ciudad durante la Guerra Civil.
Esta reforma es visible desde el exterior gracias a la recuperación de 2 de los 3 accesos originales: uno, en Nou de la Rambla (que hasta el momento era el único que se utilizaba), sirve ahora de entrada al nuevo recinto; el segundo, más allá de la misma calle, mantiene su estructura original y se utiliza como salida a la visita.
Dentro del refugio, y con el objetivo de mostrar las condiciones de vida de la gente que se protegÃa de los bombardeos aéreos, se ha realizado una instalación eléctrica nueva, pero respetando los puntos de luz que habÃa originalmente. También se ha instalado un equipo audio en todo el recinto que recrea los sonidos que se podÃan escuchar durante los bombardeos (aviones, bombas, agua de una fuente subterránea localizada en los túneles…). Se puede ver una enfermerÃa, un botiquÃn, un cuarto para los niños, un grupo electrógeno, un almacén para herramientas… Todos los equipamientos con los que contaba este espacio, de una capacidad prevista para 2000 personas.
El nuevo refugio, Centro de Interpretación Histórica – Refugio 307, quiere ser una denuncia de la crueldad de las guerras y sus consecuencias, al mismo tiempo que un homenaje a todos las personas en el mundo entero que han sufrido o sufren bombardeos.
Visitas los fines de semana (sábado y domingo), de 11h a 14h – Entrada: 3 €
(los 2 primeros fines de semana de Abril, acceso libre)
También hay posibilidad de concertar visitas para grupos entre semana.
